In the Vineyard

The Pinot Grigio grape owes its name to the characteristic color of its berries, which are gray – pink – coppery.
The vineyards grow on a medium-textured soil. The yield is kept low and the maturation is medium / early.

In the Winery

Soft pressing of the grapes.
Fermentation for about 12 – 15 days in steel tanks and at controlled temperature of 18° C.
Rest and aging for 6 months in steel tanks at a temperature of about 16° C.

In the Glass
The color is straw yellow with coppery reflections. The nose is clean, simple, with scent of flowers, fruits, and some spicy notes.
The taste is harmonious, balanced and characterized by an excellent freshness.
It goes well with the every day meals, especially first courses of fresh pasta and second courses of salt backed fish.

To be served at:

10 – 12° C.
